We specializes in wedding and event design, event management services, floral design, ballon services, party supplies and rental venue services. We offer other services through our broad list of partnership with various vendors. Our design specialist and team members will not falter in brining your dream event to life with uniqueness, elogue, charm and beauty that will likely take your breath away.

MEET THE OWNER & DESIGN SPECIALIST
 
Tamarra K. Fleming (a.k.a. Diva T), is a fashionista that loves designing and putting smiles on people’s face through her work and creativity. Tamarra received her accrediation and certification as a Design Specialist from the Institue of Wedding & Event Design (IWED) and certification as a Wedding and Event Planner from the New York Institute of Art and Design. Her other academic accomplishment includes a Bachelors of Science and Dual Masters of Science Degrees from Coppin State University and the University of Baltimore. Tamarra is an exceptional owner of DTF Studio & Rental Venue.
